I had my nails painted with a gel paint last week at a luxury-style salonthat used an OPI nail polish and I realized that my nails became yellow when I washed it with soap. Anyone knows how to remove gel nail polish without having to go to the salon because I don't have any time soon to go to the salon. I've tried the usual nail remover but it didn't work.

Put some acetone on a cotton ball and apply it to your fingertips. Next, cut foil paper into squares, wrap it around each finger, and leave it for 10 mins. You can use a cuticle pusher to remove the layer once the gel polish has lost its base. Remember to use a good moisturizer, wash your nails, and pat dry. Apply a thick layer of nail or cuticle oil on top. This will support keeping your nail beds healthy. I was taught this by my manicurist.
